Education and Experience
I hold the following qualifications:
- PGDip in Evidence-Based Psychological Treatment for Children and Young People, University of Reading (2018–2019)
- DClinPsy in Clinical Psychology, University of East London (2013–2016)
- MSc in Health Psychology, Middlesex University (2012–2013)
- BSc in Psychology, City University London (2006–2009)
Over the years, I have worked extensively with both adults and children facing a wide range of mental health challenges. My work with adults includes individual therapy and therapeutic groups, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). With children and young people, I have worked in diverse settings including Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), supporting those experiencing depression, anxiety, phobias, low self-esteem, and other difficulties (including coping with physical health difficulties), alongside their families.
I provide coaching services designed to help individuals set meaningful goals, build confidence, and develop practical strategies to thrive personally and professionally.
In addition to coaching, I collaborate with businesses and organisations by offering consultation, training, and supervision focused on supporting staff emotional wellbeing, stress management, identifying mental health difficulties, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Currently, alongside private practice, I lecture at doctoral level, sharing knowledge and supporting the next generation of clinical psychologists.
Also about me…
In addition to my clinical practice, I am also a qualified yoga teacher, which helps keep me calm and grounded day to day. Although, at present I mainly focus on self-practice and on spending time with my family, enjoying walks and nature whenever we get the chance.
